This year the Esports initiative was successfully launched establishing (6) new Esport teams, 400+ members, is one of the leading Esport programs in the Northeast, and one of only two programs in New England housed under Athletics.

Michael Cameron
Esports and Computer Systems Professor, Durham College
Michael Cameron is a full-time Professor at Durham College, in Oshawa Ontario, Canada, where he teaches in the Computer Systems department. Michael was the Academic Liaison for Esports at Durham College, where he was instrumental in mobilizing his team to bring varsity esports and a broadcast-ready Esports Arena to campus. Michael is presently one of the leading thought leaders in Canada on esports education.
